oh you don't like oats? hmm maybe just use banana + milk then. or don't even bother adding anything to it haha. i only did it cause i needed to up my cals a bit. i haven't tried cytogainer, i wanted to but didn't cause the cholesterol content was pretty high ~46% i think. wanted to go for on serious mass too but the carb content is crazy! 250gram of carbs in a serving.
other weight gainers i've tried. hmm, ultimate nutrition isomass xtreme gainer (expensive, great gains, more than real gains but a bit probably coming from water weight too since there's creatine in it), tried out muscle juice revolution before (didn't really gain any weight with it), gnc (used it when i first started off with zero knowledge but needless to say, its by far the most useless weight gainer out there).
as for whey, i've only tried pure nutrition (an australian brand, not very commercialised), used 2 tubs. there's nothing much to comment on it since it's just your average WPC. but yeah, i just got like a 5lbs and 10lbs on whey, can't wait for them to arrive
oh uhm, i'm in aussie atm, doing my degree. bought the on whey so i can bring them back and i plan to make my own gainer at home since i'll be really free then
