Has anyone tried bringing any sort of supps onto a plane before? I'm heading home soon but I'm running out of powder so I was thinking of restocking here then bring the remaining back. Have approx 2.5 weeks to go but have only 1 week left of supply at most. Suggestions, anyone?

i've been on jack3d for almost a month now. no doubt that it works, really gives you a huge pump during your weights session! but just so you know, never had crashes like the others but i've had days where i couldn't fall asleep eventhough i take only 1.5 scoops+- (max recommended serving size = 3 scoops). maybe like thrice throughout the whole month? if i'm not wrong, i worked on my back or legs on those days, body was sore as shit but i was widely awake probably cause of the caffeine in it, was really frustrated since i was still awake at like 4 in the morning (i workout at night around 9). My advice would be to go for it but try to avoid taking it at night! Also, jack3d has a little creatine in it and some beta-alanine which may cause itching.

really? damn i'm actually gonna start working out at around 6pm now cause my exams are coming soon. fingers crossed, hopefully i'll be able to sleep easily!

haha that's cool. you might wanna cycle it off awhile after a bottle. not sure why but many people do so, just like creatine. maybe someone else could clarify this.

i've used a 10lbs bag before. gained decent lean mass with it (1.5kg to 2.0kg). its definitely one of the cleanest weight gainer out there! taste wise, i don't really have anything to say about it since i've always thought that taste is subjective.

my piece of advice is you really still need to consume more solid food, probably add a meal everyday if you really wanna bulk up. or even better still, make your own weight gainer. get some whey, chuck in fruits, natural peanut butter, oat, BLEND then chug it!

i see, thats easily understandable. anyway, you could add a oatmeal for a little extra carbs. what i did last time was i threw in some oatmeal into my shaker, add hot water followed by a bit of cold water to lower the temp then add in the powder at last. so yeah its just a simple way of getting an extra ~20g carbs

what flavour did you get btw? i got choc ice cream. it actually tastes pretty chocolate if you use the full serving size. yeah, its actually a great gainer but underrated imo. how's pro complex for you? its slightly expensive over here that's why i didn't get it.

oh you don't like oats? hmm maybe just use banana + milk then. or don't even bother adding anything to it haha. i only did it cause i needed to up my cals a bit. i haven't tried cytogainer, i wanted to but didn't cause the cholesterol content was pretty high ~46% i think. wanted to go for on serious mass too but the carb content is crazy! 250gram of carbs in a serving.

other weight gainers i've tried. hmm, ultimate nutrition isomass xtreme gainer (expensive, great gains, more than real gains but a bit probably coming from water weight too since there's creatine in it), tried out muscle juice revolution before (didn't really gain any weight with it), gnc (used it when i first started off with zero knowledge but needless to say, its by far the most useless weight gainer out there).

as for whey, i've only tried pure nutrition (an australian brand, not very commercialised), used 2 tubs. there's nothing much to comment on it since it's just your average WPC. but yeah, i just got like a 5lbs and 10lbs on whey, can't wait for them to arrive rclxms.gif

oh uhm, i'm in aussie atm, doing my degree. bought the on whey so i can bring them back and i plan to make my own gainer at home since i'll be really free then biggrin.gif

i just got mine a few days back. no outer see-through packaging but there's seal inside tho. in other words, yep that's right!

seems like you got ignored completely. either way, i take 2 caps once or twice a day. got mine from aussie, not too sure what the brand is exactly. i'll update you tmr if possible.

but cytogainer has a high cholesterol content. not too sure if that's bad or not.
