guys, i have a question here.
now im taking ON whey only, im planning to get more supplements but i dono what to take for a beginner body builder like me(been working out for 5months) . anyone advice(reason and brand) pls? looking for a fast and efficient products to build up my body and also to gain MORE lean mass ( only 64 kg).

ok, so now here is my plan for supplement

pre-workout :dymatize creatine with ON whey
intra : Xtend
postworkout : (need recommendation )

other supplement : Bcaa stack

btw, how to consume xtend? lets say my workout time is 60 minutes, finish it in a shot or 1oz for every 5minutes?

i saw an article about after taking creatine will get cramp .. i have this after taking creatine monohydrate and it happened on my leg. ><

this is how i consume recently, before and after workout 5g per serving. non workout day = no
