Cytogainer is one of the better brands out there for mass gainers because my old mentor from Missouri swears by it for post workout.

Both Dymatize's Super Mass Gainer and ON's Serious Mass did their job for me. Gained a decent ~10-12kg after both packs (took them consequently), BF went up only by a bit.

Wei... the hospital was seriously damn cold. Imagine I had a long sleeved shirt on, then another jacket on top and in the on call room I was sleeping with 3 blankets piled on top of each other. Low bf% has nothing to do with this. It's madness. The female doctors prefer to take the other on call room.

They'll go like... you have muscles, you'll be warm. Zzz... what they don't understand is muscles keep you warm only when you're using it. Not when at rest. Sheesh.

Ahhh, i've been away for so long. Just to share with you guys, I'm really happy with the results I got after about 2 and a half bags of serios mass. I can safely say I gained a total of 10kg within these 3 months. 56kg to 66kg, reaching 67 soon. Gym about 4-5 times a week. Got about 3/4 left of my last bag. After this gonna stop taking serios mass and really start 'carving' by body parts.

My review: Really helps pack on muscle if you workout regularly. But hard to get your six pack since you're gaining weight. So far my packs only 50% visible.

Anyway, thanks for this thread coz it really helped educate me on supplementation and nutrition.

I've tried out ON 100% whey and Nitro-Tech, both worked almost the same for me, meaning I gained muscle and can feel them getting bigger every 2 weeks or so, should I stick to one of them, and if so, which? And if not, which brand should I try out next? Maybe gaspari myofusion? biggrin.gif

touche bro. i still have 1.5 pack of serious mass. once i finish this will start using on whey while cutting out. have little to none knowledge on cutting as for now tho. hope i can learn over time.
