Why are they not using masonry for perimeter fencing? Wire fencing looks cheap and provide little privacy and sound insulation.

Lets hope it doesn't mean a hefty addition to monthly maintenance fee for this 'latest technology'. I rather to see something that doesn't rely on active need to do something to get the water quality, i.e. natural process.

It makes sense. From the pics, i dont think they have done the tree transplant works yet. they should take time to make it with wow factors. Property market is now slow, to sell million ringgit property needs more efforts nowadays. The days of sellinh without showrooms or just scaled model are over. BBB days are gone.

Disappointed to know that as a same project, main land buyer dont get the opportunity to go into the lake side to jog or spend their leisure time. According to SA, they will build a jogging track with tunnel across all bridges to link up the 4km track along the lake side. I wonder why dont they also built a tunnel to link the MAINLAND to the lake with CCTV inside. I was considering to buy a Bali style mainland SD but hesitate now since it has no access to the whole attraction of SEG, thus not worth to pay that price.

may i know which lake you are referring to?

I think there is walkway along the perimeter of the lake however fencing will prevent non islands resident physically accessing the water. Meant that you can see the lake but you can't go in which no doubt is a big disappointment to non islands residents.

i think this is kind of fair for island resident who going to bare the cost for maintenance of the lake....

For privacy issue, you can plant some flower, trees along the fence to block other ppl seeing through.

Once we shift in, I will set a garden community to brain storm on the plants to grow in our neighborhood. I can bring plants from my other house

Just get mainland ppl to pay a bit extra for the lake but it has to be lower than those in islands since they enjoy the lake more than those in mainland.

Thats the reason theyll have the bund which is exclusive to SEG owners - to provide mainland owner access to the lake surroundings.

Where is this " Bund" located?

Referring to the attached picture, is this the normal route Liu Li residents will take and u-turn after the interchange?


Can we suggest to erect a wall like this along the inner roads for privacy and security reasons? For example, something similar like this is found at Putra Heights

That's the one SPS is going for. It's aesthetically pleasing with tall hedges.

However, the one I posted is called Acoustic Hollow Blocks which provides noise proofing. Whilst the inner road is not backed by an expressway, the road itself is in fact public.

i think that is pretty good enough... actually i am bit reluctance to have island unit since we have small kids... maybe later they grow up we buy island unit... i mean 2nd hand by that time...

i like this with grass... more eco... further fencing is better than hollow brick in term of security, fencing can detect vibration... eco park using the same design... few times they detected snake passing through and manage to catch the snake... if hollow brick, how?
