Hi guys. As a buyer of one of the units at Lepironia gardens, I recently made a visit to the site. I was a bit concern of the noise issue due insufficient setback of semiDs with backyards facing the inner main road. The orchard garden doesn't look lush enough to buffer traffic noise. I wonder if SPS will erect a stone wall along the road to provide some privacy and noise abatement. Also for Ludwiga units along the road that leads to the guard house. There is no privacy screening wall other than a see through wire fencing.

Thanks for the reply. I'm actually referring to this stretch of the road.
QUOTE(thefieldengineer @ Oct 7 2014, 12:54 PM) There will be a 10 ft sound barrier wall from the new interchange at lingkaran putrajaya to the entrance near the show village. Ive asked the SA again last week and she confirmed that this is still part of the plan.

Why are they not using masonry for perimeter fencing? Wire fencing looks cheap and provide little privacy and sound insulation.

Where is this " Bund" located? Referring to the attached picture, is this the normal route Liu Li residents will take and u-turn after the interchange?
Can we suggest to erect a wall like this along the inner roads for privacy and security reasons? For example, something similar like this is found at Putra Heights To whom can we direct our queries and suggestions to other than throwing them to the SA? I tried emailing eco-glades@spsetia.com.my but to no avail. Many thanks

That's the one SPS is going for. It's aesthetically pleasing with tall hedges.
However, the one I posted is called Acoustic Hollow Blocks which provides noise proofing. Whilst the inner road is not backed by an expressway, the road itself is in fact public.

I was hoping they could make the road exclusive for residents ...however the SA mentioned the road does not belong to them QUOTE(dexk @ Oct 9 2014, 02:17 AM) I subsequently bought another project nearby and might be using this exact same road daily to get into MEX. Not sure if there is an outer road to get to MEX using the SEG flyover, if not good luck to those facing this road man.
