I agree. Don't think there will b any wow factor too.
The site is big. Still Plenty of landscape required to be done. New semi D going to launch soon. Wonder what's the pricing? Must b from Rm 2.0 mil onwards.  Agreed. Nevertheless, this is still one big step for SEG considering there hasn't been any show unit for 2 years since the launching.
