Once we shift in, I will set a garden community to brain storm on the plants to grow in our neighborhood. I can bring plants from my other house

In term of security, I think it's easier to climb brick wall than fencing.
Personally i prefer fencing than brick wall. QUOTE(fishermanship @ Oct 8 2014, 01:01 PM) |

QUOTE(MrHunter @ Oct 7 2014, 09:47 PM) It makes sense. From the pics, i dont think they have done the tree transplant works yet. they should take time to make it with wow factors. Property market is now slow, to sell million ringgit property needs more efforts nowadays. The days of sellinh without showrooms or just scaled model are over. BBB days are gone. Trans-plant only small to medium trees? |

Brickwall, for sake of clear boundary demarcation, sound barrier purpose and a better perimeter feel.Personally i prefer fencing than brick wall. If worry about climbing, then barb wire (galvanized type, so it won't mess the wall with rust). Or even electrified wire above the brick wall to give the alcatraz feel. |

The perimeter fencing on the lake is a big turnoff for mainland buyers. I hope they can improve from what they have done on SEP especially on the lake's fencing. The open up of bund is good, at least, residents have a place to hang out with family before the community mall is up. For those who have not been to the site. The lake is pretty small...lol. Those mainlanders who wanna feel the lake should ride ur bike to the lake garden next to seg....no fencing there!

Why the mainland buyers pay so much if still need to go for a public lake or facilities and take the risk of being rob or even rape? SEG team and product are lousy now after good staffs left together with Tan Sri to EW. Last time the team used to protect the benefit and interest of all buyers e.g. built a flyover for setiawalk after sold and completed the project which is not in the master plan. But the team now just look into profit to show their capability to make profit for company without much attention to lift their reputation. Mainland almost sold out, why bother to provide value added facilities which will reduce their profit? Getting closer to OSK and Mah Sing. This post has been edited by georgegan: Oct 8 2014, 11:54 PM |

I think even SEP also having the same problem on the fencing issue surrounding the lake. Heard SEG all products and masterplan already there b4 the big changes on management. So they just need to execute. Well, lets see what they deliver in the end. I will give my verdict once i see the final product.

Although the team left off to EcoWorld, no difference in EcoWorld latest plan on Eco Majestic. Fencing is around the lake too. This time, the Lake isn't directly accessible by owners but rather its a public Lake and managed my MPKJ. That reduces the strata fee significantly for not having to maintain the lake via Strata. However, being a public lake, you know the outcome..This post has been edited by oreomambo: Oct 9 2014, 12:35 AM |

QUOTE(yee0810 @ Oct 8 2014, 11:56 AM) That's the one SPS is going for. It's aesthetically pleasing with tall hedges. I subsequently bought another project nearby and might be using this exact same road daily to get into MEX. Not sure if there is an outer road to get to MEX using the SEG flyover, if not good luck to those facing this road man. However, the one I posted is called Acoustic Hollow Blocks which provides noise proofing. Whilst the inner road is not backed by an expressway, the road itself is in fact public. |

Ya bro I noticed that also n I think yes they are beautifying the lake garden. Hey, common sense tell me that city council area usually is very beautiful so for this M P Sepang, it's only a matter of time.
Imagine that if SEG is nice, lake garden is nice, Islamic garden at Cyberjaya mosque is nice - one long stretch nice garden for 2km!!! So much green to enjoy man. QUOTE(fishermanship @ Oct 9 2014, 07:07 AM) |

I was hoping they could make the road exclusive for residents ...however the SA mentioned the road does not belong to them
