Surprisingly today, I managed to maintain a 2.5mb stable download speed the whole day. Even now as we speak, Im still geting 2.5mb!

It's this an April's Fool day joke?!

Reread my 2 sentences again. I'm not using poor salary to justify poor service. What I said was that there is no point venting to the person on the phone because he/she has no power to directly help you other than make a report for you. Ever heard of pay peanuts, get monkeys? The poor salary usually results in monkeys and unfortunately there are a lot of them.

The person cannot do anything about how incompetent this nation's telco companies are. Please always speak courteously and if the person is rude to you, make sure of their name and ask to speak to their manager. If they hang up, call back.

I personally don't see what's wrong with calling the call center multiple times until they fix our problems. Heck, that's the only thing we could do apart from reporting to MCMC. Daily calls = daily records. That's the only way to get their attention. So yeah, I say go ahead and call them daily until they fix your problems.

The other guy was talking about people yelling / scolding the TM level 1 staff on the phone, for something they don't have any control over. Calling them to make reports, get updates, etc is fine.

i assume it's not the salary . its the work cultures and ethics from the peers than. i understood what u said , a report filer and a troubleshooter don't manage one same hotline.

I guess what u r saying is that the person is applying for a job as Customer Service Operator but in the job function he has to learn IT Engineering . This work scope was given to a SPM holder , am i right?

yes, i test run at 7pm, 8pm and 10pm...back to hom bout 2am midnight after yam chah, still get closely to 5mbps....

hope it back to normal speed ya!!!
