The default username/password combinations for TMnet DIR-615 routers between firmware versions 7.01 to 7.05b are :

Username : admin
Password : <blank>

Username : admin
Password : telekom

However, there is also a secondary account which must have its password changed in order to fully secure your network :

Username : operator
Password : telekom

Username : operator
Password : h566UniFi

Username : operator
Password : <your Unifi username in reverse order>

I heard DLink 615 USB port can be used to plug in external USB hard disk and act like a NAS.

Anyone manage to get this to work ? And how ?

There is this CD inside the DIR615 box labelled manual, go read it.

Just convert megabits to kilobyes and you'll get a good enough ballpark. Streamyx is usually overprovisioned in terms of link speed to exchange, so if you get 1Mb package, they'll usually give you 1.5Mbps, which is where you get the 160~KB/s figure after overheads. Unifi is provisioned much closer to your package speed, so 20Mb package can get 2.5MB/s under ideal conditions.

rule of thumb, divide by 8.
for 10mb package, u shall get around 1.3mb/s
20mb package = 2.5mb/s

i cannot key in 100 for IptV channel.
Why i cannot press digit 1 and digit 0 to secure channel 100 anymore?

press 1 and 0 , it terminates at 1.

i have to use the menu to go into submenu mosaic 100.

My dad panjat sendiri, so end up its still free for me. I heard my friend got quoted RM250 for ceiling passthrough installation.

What a rip off, he ended up drilling through to the living room

I just realised the gateway got changed to 58.27.105.138 instead of the old Streamyx 202.188.218.177 (or smth like that)
