how you quantify the packet loss ?? you use what to measure ???

poor speed ? to where ??

bad crc's when downloading, connection timeout to websites. Direct downloads are slow (for example : downloading itunes from the apple website @ 20 KB/s).

Bad CRC's and packet loss has not been an issue with Unifi for some time

I know... I don't know what to tell you though. Inconsistent speeds and bad routing since around 2-3 days ago. The Apple download was just an example. Give me a link to something that's fast for you and I'll try it on my end.

Was hoping the speed would be back to normal, but nope :/

Has anyone contacted Unifi or have they made a statement or something? If so, please post the info here. Thanks

guys  a few questions i want to upgrade to 5 mbps uni fi from 1 mbps

1. Is the dload limit currently imposed? or is it without dl limit?

2. If i cross the dl limit in a month what will happen? Will they disconnect the line for the month? Will they reduce the speed? At  what speed will be reduced?

3. Some TM guys were promoting uni fi in my area they said that the dl limit is not on now it will be applied after 2 yrs? Is it true or are they bluffing?
*
1. There is currently no download limit or 'cap'.

2. No one knows - they haven't announced anything

3. I think they're lying to you. Many people are saying different things about when it will start. Nothing has been announced. Its up to you to take the risk or not.

I personally don't see what's wrong with calling the call center multiple times until they fix our problems. Heck, that's the only thing we could do apart from reporting to MCMC. Daily calls = daily records. That's the only way to get their attention. So yeah, I say go ahead and call them daily until they fix your problems.

The other guy was talking about people yelling / scolding the TM level 1 staff on the phone, for something they don't have any control over. Calling them to make reports, get updates, etc is fine.

Have you lodge a complaint ?
Location ?

TTDI

Nope, what would be the best way to do that?

VIP10 getting less than 10% of the speed.
