Can't be right, they should be using different equipment....
Oh, could it be TM use Streamyx port for UniFi, and at the same time setup UniFi port & migrate over??  sweat.gif
Kind of unfair isn't it?

I stay at Bukit Rimau, I'm pretty sure both Kota Kemuning + Bukit Rimau has lots of UniFi users, but I never encounter slow-down at night.
In fact, it's getting more stable where my IP won't change unless I manually change it.
I thought you already a VIP5 user? Add another one to download kuat-kuat?!  biggrin.gif

Yes, I asked my friends same questions and guess what all 4 area(initial launching of HSBB) which consist of Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, TTDI, Bangsar already been migrated...Guess that will answer your questions why you never encounter slow speed..biggrin.gif

i called for 2nd time, a CS repeat same procedure, take all my detail...when bout techinician support, she get me to dial another number 1-300-881-221!!!

THIS IS WHY I DUN LIKE TO CALL THEIR CS!!!!

i can totally understand your feeling as i myself encounter the same problem waiting for more than 7 minutes before i hung up. Guess what? I use my h/p number to call and now i learn from the hard way. I write emails to them and if im not mistaken, every user can acess MyUnifi Portal to lodge complaint in MySupport.

This way is better although it takes time but it's fully black and white paperless.
Calling on the phone will only make your blood rise because of the phone bill. The more money u pay, the more pressure u feel.

my school just installed UniFi BIZ 20, When I did Speedtest to KL server, around 17Mbps, but to US and other servers, less than 3Mbps.. haih, wanna download also slow, less than 150kBps

Fren thx for understanding my frustration!!!

With the complaint I received their call around 8pm... The CS ask me to send all speed test result to them. I am not at home when they call me and unable to provide the on time speeds result. And I do not have any past speed test result too...

Nvm I will use this few days during weekend to capture all speed test result and send to them. May god bless me, i just wan a 5mbps Internet connection.

dunno why the phone sometimes can call sometimes cannot call.... anybody experience this ??? and want to ask you all is it the phone power plug need to be on all the time ???

Of course need to on all the time... Unless you don't want to answer any phone then only you shut it. It's wireless phone, not normal phone. It needs the base to be powered in order to function.

My fileserv is crawling! each link is 1 to 5KB/s !!! What is this? VIP5? Speed is like 14.4kbps in the 90s when i started using internet!

I hate their ads on the billboards saying about the speed - conman style.

Can we (PJ users) call their complaint centre every 8pm-9pm until they cannot take anymore?

This is what I plan to do to them daily.

where do you stay? I notice usj and my place in kota kemuning affected. Keep calling them. I get to know they are adding the server or something only after end of April. I have just compaint to SKMM, google it and you will know the site. My speed is very slow from the day unifi is installed.
