QUOTE(janson_kaniaz @ Dec 17 2010, 10:48 PM) yup. just ask a few sellers here. janson,i think myofusion beats syntha-6 hands down. in terms of price, taste and protein content. I have not tried Myofusion before. I assume you have tried both. I did some research on it and it seems there is an assumption Myofusion is largely made up of whey because it doesn't keep you filled as long as Syntha-6 and is less creamy. Because of this faster digestion, there are subjective opinions that Myofusion has more fast digesting proteins and Syntha-6 has more of the expensive slow digesting proteins. As with all blends, I expect the ratio of fast to slow proteins to differ from brand to brand. If this is indeed true, I can see why Syntha-6 is more expensive. What is your experience on it? I take blends prebed so I'm looking for a higher content of slow-digesting proteins like casein in it. |

QUOTE(snowberry @ Dec 17 2010, 11:18 PM) i have been feeling numb on my hand, chest and face, when i do bench press or squats if i push hard. sounds like you're pushing hard. i think everyone here experiences the same thing no? its normal, at least for melike the 1st few reps ok, then after tat i feel numb on those parts but after 5-10 sec its gone. its like alot of dots flowing thru the upper part body above chest line anyone experiencing the same thing? |

I had a check with Body fat/Mass machine at my gym. I only gained 3.5kg of muscle over the period of two months.
Is this considered OK? What is the average muscle mass we can add over the same period for a beginner? How do you guys normally measure your progress?? |

QUOTE(darklight79 @ Dec 20 2010, 03:34 PM) Yes, low reps don't do much for mass. If you goal is to get big, train like a bodybuilder. I'd opt for 3 x 10 ok ! Thanks Bro !Added on December 20, 2010, 3:46 pmanother question here.. my weight for bench press can't increase for months..anyway to counter tis?
