yesterday because of pain at upper body, i decided to rest for 1 week

finish hack squat at

80kg x 12rep x 1set
90kg x 10rep x 1set
100kg x 8rep x 1set

then kaki bergetar laugh.gif

try new commercial gym today.. per entry rm5.. so just pay and play

previous gym,
deadlift able to lift 60kg

this new gym,
70kg feel nothing, and try to hit 80kg, then i feel something.. so weird.. bar weight and size almost the same..

but overall nice gym
if only u know it's located at dataran senawang, n.sembilan

I'm thinking to switch from ON whey & casein gold to ON hydro whey & Myofusion..

Daily schedule
7.00am - Solid food + whey (1scoop) + a few Vit C
12.00pm - Solid food
3.00pm - Milk (250ml) + a few almond
6.00pm - Solid food + Vit C
7.30~8.30pm - training hard
8.30pm - milk (2 x 250ml)
10pm - Casein

thinking to change to (hdyrowhey/myofusion) :

Daily schedule
7.00am - Solid food + a few Vit C
12.00pm - Solid food
3.00pm - Milk (250ml) + a few almond
6.00pm - Solid food + hydrowhey + Vit C
7.30~8.30pm - training hard
8.30pm - milk (2 x 250ml)
10pm - Myofusion

please give recommendation
Progress from may to December 2010 - lost 15kg (110kg to 95kg)

experienced yesterday

Myofusion (cream/cookies) + Superpump250 orange..
and drink it.. the taste.. haha.. quite delicious.

energy level is superb..

yup, my mum always mumbling.. "you're on diet, but u eat like no tomorrow"
my friend said "why no rice? erk"
my colleague "egg is not soo good, u take so much"

In the end, i love what i achieved right now, even it's not even perfect yet, but the progress drive me crazy..
lose weigt into getting shape.. i won't ask too much ...

So, just ignore what people said,
bring ur own food to work
