Does anyone get a bit of insomnia after leg days? I seem to take forever to fall asleep after I train legs, even if I trained way earlier in the day. Which is why I'm here right now. :/

Been doing very high intensity cardio at night lately and its always very hard to sleep afterwards.

I dunno why I feel energized after the session!

all sifus i have some noobie question here.How can I balance up weigh training for both my hands ? Im a right handed person so my right hand has more power than my left.I can do more on my right but not on my left.How can I balance up so that it wont be my right big n left small..

p/s : I injured my left wrist b4.Cant go for heavy weight for long time.

same case for me when i started 2 months back. took advice from sifus here to use barbel for curl and now my left hand is picking up.

Last time can see my right forearm was bigger, now its getting more balance up. nothing is impossible! discipline is the key!

Use DBs, and use the weight that your left arm can do for both arms.

Thing is, I was back from the gym by 7. Only managed to fall asleep at around 2. sweat.gif

I don't know, but even if i fall asleep , i'll wake by 2 or 3 sometimes. If i Do wake, i just have a shake and go back to sleep. Maybe just before bedtime, u try and just lay on your bed and relax for a bit

hmm weird, even with pre wo drink (with caffeine) and xtend, i still can sleep well.
a warm milk b4 bed perhaps?

guys at times im in a situation where i cant have meals or protein

would xtend be sufficient?
after my transfer, its hard to keep up with 3 hrs meal intervals (at times i eat at 2 hrs intervals due haphazard meeting schedule

I've yet to hear of someone injecting Nitrotech but you can't be sure of anything.
