all sifus i have some noobie question here.How can I balance up weigh training for both my hands ? Im a right handed person so my right hand has more power than my left.I can do more on my right but not on my left.How can I balance up so that it wont be my right big n left small..
p/s : I injured my left wrist b4.Cant go for heavy weight for long time.
