Im also facing the same problem here.i think the flies depend on more shoulder strength. So its difficult to do heavy flies.

Agreed!theres one negro today approach me to borrow my 22.5 kg dumbell. I watch as he do the dumbell press. Omfg he cant even control the weights properly, such egoness shud be avoided.jus cant understand y he would need such heavy dumbell when he cant do the exercise properly
