I'm in Australia. They ship here.
I've done the cheapest one and the mid ranged one so far.
Cheapest sends through DHL Global. Mid range is sent through UPS.
I think the most expensive shipping is sent through FedEx.

Found a new way to train today:

1)Wear Nike Drifit sleeveless
2)Stand in weights section
3)Cross arms
4)Look at other people train
5)Feel the burn
6)??????
7)Profit!

But seriously,people can be creepy sometimes. sweat.gif

hey guys..i made the finals of the Watsons YOU awards for 2011..had to make a FB page to promote myself and horleys..would really appreciate it if u guys could LIKE the page and share it out..will be sharing my experiences,workout tips,articles,videos etc there..and credit to u guys here as i have learnt a lot from the seniors here..

Holy shit man, thats ALOT of workouts. Plus you got no rest days. And you got three back days?! Damn, that's tough.
Maybe you need to review what your goals are. I rarely see people train 6-7 days a week, let alone double workouts per day...

What are your goals? Depending on your level of experience, maybe you want to only do 3-5 workouts per week..

I'm currently waiting for university intake so I'm free anytime. I've been lifting everyday for like a month and now I'm thinking adding 3 days of double session... too much free time sad.gif

btw, bb does ship to Msia, i've done it 3 times, u just gotta register ur address, but another country, and after u wire ur money, email them the wire receipt and notify them to change to Msia. Voila !
