Holy shit man, thats ALOT of workouts. Plus you got no rest days. And you got three back days?! Damn, that's tough.
Maybe you need to review what your goals are. I rarely see people train 6-7 days a week, let alone double workouts per day...

What are your goals? Depending on your level of experience, maybe you want to only do 3-5 workouts per week..

Does squatting in a Smith Machine make squatting easier?? I saw this guy at the gym squat 5 plates (495lbs/225kg) and was wondering what his freeweight squat was.. Although he didnt go below parallel, it still impressive!
