QUOTE(razorboy @ Jun 13 2011, 09:05 AM) is that it? i guessed they finally changed the system. Yea i get what you mean, but im not trying to get buffed up like most of you guys are, im just trying to broaden up my shoulder a little bit Added on June 13, 2011, 9:09 am my friend, looking good isnt just about shaping your shoulders. if the rest of the package, i.e - chest, legs, arms and other parts aren't synonymous with your shoulders, you're not really going to look like any shape. follow the stickies, the routines over there are pretty decent to get by, and if you follow a routine hard enough with a good diet plan, you're bound to have the shape of your dreams eventually |

QUOTE(razorboy @ Jun 13 2011, 06:49 PM) THIS? 3 hours per sessions? 7 days a week? hahah i know it kinda sounds weird, im not worried about getting too buffed, just that it is not my main goal, i will still do the rest but im asking cause i wanna know which exercise that is specific for shoulder, that's why i said i was looking for any newbie guides in my first post. thanks for the tips though Trust me mate, when I say it's fairly difficult to get buffed up, it takes a lot of hard work, dedication and a shit load of nutrition to get really buffed up. Don't worry about getting too muscular, it's something that a lot of people get worried about for no reason. Go ahead and enjoy weight training. P.S - if you still insist on only working your shoulders, a shit load of shoulder presses and side raises/lateral raises would do the trick. But it's not an overnight thing so try not to just go for a week and expect it to get too big eh This post has been edited by zs3889: Jun 13 2011, 09:35 PM |

usually you guys take protein supplements or protein bars right after you work out right??
does taking eggs/milk/yogurts do the trick too? i know these are much lower in protein than actual supplements but at least it does help right? |

QUOTE(Hammond Tan @ Jun 26 2011, 11:42 PM) yes they are lower in terms of protein but you can eat more lol. whey protein is efficient and also more expensive than regular source of protein, you know protein/RM ratio.. =) I see, thanks a lot. yea the thing is whey protein is not cheap and im not really trying to get into bodybuilding, just go to the gym to get fitter so i might as well take some foods which contain protein after that cause i heard that consuming protein after working out helps a lot to muscle building.whey after work out, bars when you feel like puking from too much egg perhaps? haha well who knows after some time i might gain more interest in bodybuilding and start buying and taking supplements This post has been edited by zs3889: Jun 26 2011, 11:55 PM |
