this is wat i think.
if you are new member to bb.com, they most likely won't entertain you. however, if u r a returning customer with good record in the past, they will entertain u but still the transaction it's complicated. they want a fool proof one so that they r on the safe side.

They say they do ship to malaysia, and payment from paypal, credit card or wire transfer are accepted...

The tightness is called muscle soreness. You dont want to be sore for days.

Dude, ur missing 1 of the most important aspects of bodybuilding which is recovery. If you have that much free time, go spend some time in the kitchen and monitor your timing for meals etc.With your current workout plan, Dont be surprise after 2 months, u end up smaller than before with less muscle mass... jus saying

3 question  How long should my muscles be sore after a workout?? 4 days?? Deadlifts: is 16kg ok for a beginner ?? After practicing with an empty bar. p.s. Deadlifts, the weights is irrelevant. It's a tool. Your body doesn't know what weights you're using, you use whatever weights u need, let it be 1.6kg or 1600kg. No matter what exercise, it's always best to start light and perfect your form before going heavy. Ain't no work done if you're doing it sloppy. Added on June 13, 2011, 4:41 pmMilk and milk only?
