I dont see why bananas are a big no no, they are a good instant energy source actually.
As for the biscuits, TRY your best to avoid them, but if u really are having a hard problem, buy those oat or high fibre biscuits, they're lower in sugar.
Cant answer how many eggs coz I dont even know what your daily routines are like. Are u working, do u workout often?
*
she told me not to eat banana ... and if want to eat i shouldnt eat more than half (what to do with the other half leh?)
im working, either 8-6 when im in the office, or 12-12 when im in the field ..
workout is limited to running, something like 5-8K daily and weights 2-3 times a week

i don't eat hard boiled egg yolk if that counts ...

stick to one. one of the benefit is to help you train your mental strength and focus, which is seriously lacking right now.

I would like to seek some advice on those "nutrients diet" to lose weight.

Is this practicable or merely a short term temporary condition, meaning if you go back to your normal meals, you would recover those lost pounds in no time.

Definition of "nutrients diet"?

An effective diet is one you can sustain long term, maybe for the rest of your life even. Diet is what you eat everyday, not something you do to lose weight. What you are describing sounds like a short term fad diet fix, as you mentioned about going back to 'normal meals'. Short term diets never work long term.

i see myself in the mirror everyday and i will try to improve my look. I keep in mind that, sikit demi sikit lama2 jadi bukit. so be consistent with what are you working for and 1 day you will reach your goal. If not, you still are closer to your goal day by day right ..
