I dont know about eating egg white ...but i'd imagine even if you want to lose weight you should still be doing strength training .. or else you'll just be skinny fat >.<

I do cardio intervals when i either have no mood to go for a long run or i don't have the time to spare for a long run
I run/walk on the treadmill ... 1 min 5, 1 min 16 ... after 15-20 mins see stars di .. haha

I have a method. Try buying yourself an expensive or a cloth/pants that you truly love. If you did not control your weight, you will not be able to fit in those pants.

Aside from using this method, I hate seeing myself fat as I was once a fat person. All the criticism and insults due to my weight was something I am ashamed about when I was a kid. From there, I really putted in effort to change into a person who I am right now.

Haha, talking bout pants. I have a pair of pants from years back that I use to gauge myself rather than the weight scale. When I struggle to fit, it's time to drop a few pounds. Pants and mirror, that's my weapon of choice.

So there IS interval training. My friend said that if i were to burst and then slow it down a bit after that, I'm making the fat harder to get rid of.
And guys, apart from strength training and cardio, any other weight loss tips? I hate diets. Not because of the quantity, but because of the taste.

well actually i found interval training quite effective in dropping weight, but maybe its not the same for everyone ?

and i dont diet ... because putting yourself on a strict diet isnt sustainable long term for me .. can tahan for about 2-3 weeks (longest was 1 month) then i cave and eat EVERYTHING in sight

better to just watch your diet, make small changes .... brown bread for white bread, brown rice for white rice ... then maybe less rice, more veggies ... for me, diet doenst mean salad everyday, watch your intake of fried foods and sweets ... i have a sweet tooth, so if i really want that cookie i'll eat it ... just put in extra work out time for that week ... don't know if its effective, but its better than not eating bread/pastry for a whole month then eat like 2 muffins at one go sweat.gif

you need to find out what works for you lor ... just cut down one thing at a time ... i started with coffee ^.^

i dont think i'll ever manage to fit back into my jeans from 2004, i was pretty skinny then sweat.gif
its still sitting in my closet .. just waiting for that day ............

all that cardio, but my hips don't seem to be shrinking DAMN

Omg~~ I was 60kg before.. just in 4 years my weight increased to 81 ! o.O any idea how to lose some weight ? maybe 5kg ?

it is really frustating..
my weight is going uo and down on the scale...
is there sumthing i do wrong?
doing HIIT everyday..
i diet..
hmmm..
mybe i drink too much water..

i donno if i do it rite..
here how i do it..

doing it on treadmill..
first warm up 3 - 5 minute..
then sprint until out of breath..
after that walk slowly for 2 minute..
then continue to sprint again....
repeat for 20 min.

any kind of exercise. do at least 30 minutes a day. jogging, cycling swimming, skipping, weight training and so on
