i would like to ask, i have a big legs (big calf too) i hate it
now i am doing 45- 50 mins, almost everyday in gym (stepper machine - efford level 13) and after that maybe 30 mins of wave/ cross trainer machine...
my fave machine is stepper machine so i do it almost everyday. biggrin.gif
i would like to know if i train like this everyday, will my leg getting even bigger especially my calf??? i really scared lo

guys want to ask if i do think will it help me to slim down?

breakfast:
a cup of coffee + one fruit (orange/ plum/ apple)

lunch:
eat normally - a normal bowl of soup noodle/ sometimes mixed rice - half bowl of rice + 1 meat + 1 veggie

dinner:
a cup of campbell soup mushroom with pasta (instant - add hot water only)

gym time after work:
30 -50 mins depends on time stepper machine
join body pump + body step
or sometime join body attack + body step
some weight train for leg.

reach home around 10 or 11pm: drink a bowl of soup (sometimes only, very rare one week once)

my leg is very big i hate, actually my body ok just my leg is big (very werid looking) and also my arm... i need to slim down this part lo, expert help me on this??? is my meal intake + work out help me to shed the pound on those area? good for me??
