im still in dillema,whether to get 3storey or 2 1/2 storey..any suggestion on pros and cons ppl??sigh

SD and Bungalow is G+G, like condo, charge per sq price, 10 cent / sf, is in fact very reasonable to maintain such a big common area smile.gif

end lot with a built-up almost same as 3sty link, but being RM100k cheaper.....it's you call, if you can afford another 100k for better quality, go for 3sty. but i believe those 3sty lots left are mainly facing junction like the Lot 171.

just placed booking for the 3storey superlink after heard SA said 2 and 2 1/2 storey link houses r actually MHJ JV with mahsing..she said initially it was a failed project by MHJ..took over by MS and MS changed the specs.
1st hand buyer from MHJ was told they bought at 400k..MS took over,price elevated to rm700k.
MHJ buyers gona earn alot if they were buying the units to invest.
but anyways,duno how true is that. :S

Was at MH sales office this morning and did notice an increased in 3SSL units available. Can it be due to the recent uncertainty in the economy that double dip recession is coming thus causing some buyer to cancel its purchase........really makes me worry.

I think the loan is a bit difficult to get now causes some of the unit been released. There are more unit available but the price is increasing, that's make me worry though. The surrounding development also expensive now and according to most developer that the price increase because of material cost is increasing. sad.gif

Hi, I'm also a 3SSL buyer. Just heard tat there will be a preview for the final phase of Kinrara Residence on Aug 20 (invitation only) or Aug 21 (public)

I joined the Semi-D 2 Storey Group now smile.gif paid the deposits and now pending the lawyer's advice on the signing of S&P. By the way, what is the best financing interest rates you had received so far?????
