just went to sales office yesterday,not much of units left,was looking for a corner lot 2 1/2 storey..unfortunately no more units for corner left and the proposed link road to Lestari Perdana will be opened once they completed the bungalows.probably in another 5years according to SA

just placed booking for the 3storey superlink after heard SA said 2 and 2 1/2 storey link houses r actually MHJ JV with mahsing..she said initially it was a failed project by MHJ..took over by MS and MS changed the specs.
1st hand buyer from MHJ was told they bought at 400k..MS took over,price elevated to rm700k.
MHJ buyers gona earn alot if they were buying the units to invest.
but anyways,duno how true is that. :S

So 3SSL entitled for DIBS?i got my loan from MBB..but the SA told me no DIBS for all??

anyone bought KR unit for investment?do u think its easy to sell off?considering the price is high

VP only around july/sept next year i heard..hopefully able to let go by then..

is there anything called signing a pre-contract?for subsale..as in selling to buyers before getting CF/VP.

I noticed some of the buyers actually started to post their units for sale on websites.is that right?cause the unit is not even VP yet.

anything above 1.2mil for 3-storey is a little unreasonable in my opinion..wonder which category of individual they are targeting..
