I guess it depends which period are you comparing with. The very first phase of 2-storey SD was launched at 1.3m+ and developer then increased gradually the price for every phase/release of units. If I remember correctly, the 1.9m is for the last row which has slightly bigger land size.

For 2s, do check which design - one design is previously from Mahajaya and one is from Mah Sing which is better. If I am not wrong, the former will not provide you with the option to use the clubhouse.
