Hi all....fyi the 3ssl that i had place booking on as per MS is under bumi unit but MS claim that they had seek to convert it to non bumi unit. Thus may i know from any of the buyer of KR had any information on this i.e. did MS successfully manage to convert it back to non bumi unit?.

The reason i am asking this is because after reading from another forum where a buyer was told by both the developer and lawyer that the unit he bought had been transfer to non bumi unit from bumi unit....but upon submitting the relevant doc to land office, it was rejected as is still shown as bumi unit

don't worry. mah sing will pay the penalty for you to convert the land to non-bumi status - all this is transparent to you.

the TMS sales ppl called me on sat...

informed me there are release of 2 units of DSTH.....as the previous purchaser couldnt get a loan...

selling price at RM788K....

anyone interested can check it out at sales office......

but i m not sure whether it is still available or not.....

Went to the site yesterday. From my observation i can the the differences between upgrade unit and non upgrade. this is for double storey house.

1. FACADE : MHJ - Remain as sample house , MS - with door and banister, toilet with aluminium powder coated louvres.
2. TILES : MHJ - Remain same , MS- Kimgress, modern style. Feruni tiles used for 2 x 2 . Use nosing tiles at staircase while MHJ use PVC cove
3. TOILET : MHJ - no concrete kerb between shower , MS - with kerb and granite counter top.
4. LAYOUT : MHJ - Remain as sample house , MS : No wall between kitchen and hall. Directly see kitchen
5. CEILING : MHJ - With plaster ceiling and L box , MS : No L box , flat

Value rm28K??

If cannot get the loan,the booking fee they will return to u,but they will forfeit rm1000
just went to sales office yesterday,not much of units left,was looking for a corner lot 2 1/2 storey..unfortunately no more units for corner left sad.gif and the proposed link road to Lestari Perdana will be opened once they completed the bungalows.probably in another 5years according to SA

Finally had a look at the showhouses.

3-storey superlink looks good. Functionality wise it's the best probably.

3-story semi-d looks very nice, especially the top floor.
I only wonder how people are going to keep the living room cool.
