Anyone notice there is a small square is building up just beside club house (just beside the big long kang)? Is that the new guard house for 3 storey super link house?

I think the loan is a bit difficult to get now causes some of the unit been released. There are more unit available but the price is increasing, that's make me worry though. The surrounding development also expensive now and according to most developer that the price increase because of material cost is increasing.

I heard people said Maxis is blocking P2P services. Not sure true or not. If so, i don't see any point of getting such a fast line just for web surfing. Unifi already confirmed P2P friendly for PPTV, PPS and etc. Any Maxis Fiber users, please comment. Thanks.
