I have already followed up with CS (100) and settled whatever outstanding payment as advised. Then I followed up again with CS (again via 100), they said they haven't received my order. Hope they act on it soon. Sigh...

Anything faster is a bonus and anything slower, you should follow up with the TMpoint you submit the form at.

The best thing is when i ask TM Point CS she said after this you can call 100 to check whether my old fixed line had been deactivate... but still the line was activate like normal... tomorrow i'm going to TM Point and rant to them when they will really terminate the line as i don't wanna pay twice Fixed line and Unifi.... Dunno what are they doing out there, i did ask TM Point CS.. how you going to terminate the line..she said "We just do it here need not to go to your place".. in the end, the line still activate ...

QUOTE(calvin92 @ Aug 5 2010, 11:15 PM) The dlink 615 is a very poor router crashes often and burn within few days. I got my 2ND one replaced today after many many many call to TM. The 1st one was replaced next day but 2nd one took almost a week so no unifi for those 5 days. They very stubborn CS even tell u they sending some1 today but wait whole day no1 appear. So just hope your router don't break cos u get headache from dealing with CS. Calling them 2-3 times a day for 5 days only get results. Worse CS in the world. Same thing here.. just replace the 2nd router after screaming to TM CS for 2 days.. Would it be possible to use the DIR-615 that are selling in LYN as a backup to TM DIR-615 router? Don't want to be without Unifi for days...!!!

QUOTE(akerue @ Aug 6 2010, 09:38 AM) Someone posted in V5 that he cannot install VIP20 because the signal strength in the DB (green dustbin) is only 24dB, wonder has it been resolved. I am subscribing to VIP5 now and my installer told me mine is 20dB at DB and he said it is good signal strength already (measure 19dB at home end), so does it mean I cannot upgrade to VIP20? it doesnt matter what packages u subscribed as long as the dB loss & power level still follow the spec~ FDP : below -25dB FWS: below -28dB This post has been edited by nidup: Aug 6 2010, 04:39 PM

Torrenting speed. Not local peers. Just for reference for those who are wondering to apply Unifi or not to.
