What a BTU ? British Thermal Unit ? 

Someone posted in V5 that he cannot install VIP20 because the signal strength in the DB (green dustbin) is only 24dB, wonder has it been resolved. I am subscribing to VIP5 now and my installer told me mine is 20dB at DB and he said it is good signal strength already (measure 19dB at home end), so does it mean I cannot upgrade to VIP20?

ok a noob question, does unifi need wire like streamyx? or is it wireless like P1?

I wonder if anyone has tried to change their billing date. Is it possible?

The unifi cabinet is the small exchange box with all the fiber inside,not the white one on top the phone pole.The outside is just plain brown colour with a tm sign or something(i think).I think they are still testing it as i write.

Recently got Unifi 20mbit. Downloading at around 1 mbit. What a waste.

Just realised that many of us are not getting the full speed as advertised, and using unifi speedtest, the speed is quite lower compare to the one from speedtest.net .. has anyone able to persuade them to push you up a bit.. my guess they're throttling us based on our package, can vip5 be throttled at probably 5.5 or 6 Mbps instead of 5Mbps?  Anyway, I just sent them email asking if they could check and see if the 4.4Mbps from unifi speedtest is normal and within their SLA.

i am using it for 4th day now. yes mine too huawei black box. no more ZTE.

now i got another problem.. VOIP back on on tues... but today im getting calls since 2pm.. every 5-10 mins once... answered... only beeping sound... beep.. beep... beep...

driving me nuts!
