Port/server hang several times happened over here since I subscribed to 4mb.

Every few months I also need to kacau them as I get authentication fails during nighttime peak hours. Have to call and chase several times until they get new ips to be released for the DSLAM.

Heck there are several dead ips stuck in the DSLAM I am connected to. They don't bother to fix.

Kacau too much they just change the port to another DSLAM all issues fixed except my my SNR will be hit badly since other DSLAMs all either further away or give unstable SNR. This will end up cause more DC pula, had to request changed back to old DSLAM..

These days I keep quiet la less problems.

mine goes down to 200kbps. upload speed is fine as well.

been going on for 3 weeks++. at first, i just let it slide because of the SW4 issues.

then, cannot tahan already. complaint to cs a few times.. my family members complained that they are unable to surf at night times.

last nite called, twice the line got dc by them. never called me back. no effort at all. called back .. straight asked for supervisor. supervisor promised to follow up but to no avail. called for the fourth time, only then the SV called me back. I 'bambu' her a bit. Not in a high tone but more to common sense and goodwill. lol.

as expected, they send an another technician again. tech-man claimed my router got problems. just bought the router like a few months ago. provided them screenies. now waiting for their reply ..

but i believed as someone said, they will just ignore you. i dont really want to go to the newspapers again. too much hassle. been there once.

oh ya .. sometimes i got error 691 : invalid username and passwd ..

No one ask you to use newspaper... just use MCMC or SKMM.

This is what I do these days. Sad but true

If I complain , sure they'll put me on a new port. SNR Margin goes way down and Line Att goes way up. But I disconnect even more often and the speed syncs at 1254Kbps or at any other funny speeds , its normal. If I ask them my old port , well I get good SNR Margin and stuff but then there are some dead IPs , authentication failure , and the list goes on and on.

Slow routing issues even UniFi network is totally down at this moment
