WOW! Very nice. How did you get them to cap it at 7mbps?

Mine starts around 7-8pm every night, downstream mostly around 400-500kbps(not even 25% of the subscribe speed), but upload is fine.
12am full speed back, 218 IP.
Already log a complaint, and their so call "second level" customer service told me this is traffic congestion in my area, might takes 1 month or more to fix.

It is getting out of hand. The phenomenon is like what you guys mentioned.

I had been pestering them for the past 3 days and I have yet to receive any tech assigned to fix this. Crappy CS keeps say my end has no issues.

erm, how do you get capped to 7mbps? is it by simply requesting?

i did apply 4mbps for the first time, and at first my port were capped at 8mbps, but i've been forced to downgrade to 1mbps due to they didn't provide 4mbps equipment on my dslam.
now after half a year after i've reported, my port were capped 5mbps.

i just check from tm saying my acc already upgraded from 1mb to 4mb.. but why i still get this kind of speed??
plus, i keep getting ip 115.xxx,118.xxx,110.xxx.. is this normally ip for 1mb??, coz before upgraded i always get this ip..
i NEVER get 218.xxx / 175.xxx ip range..

they still did not set your speed. the best thing try call them and ask to reset the password.

guys....i'm using unicool pack and i subscribed to 1mb...at the beginning i wanted to go for 4mb but the guy told me to use 1mb 1st coz afraid no available port here,so i subscribe to 1mb....

the thing is when it is activated and i check modem downstream and upstream is 2048/512...does tat means i'm on 2mb?according to speedtest the result is 1.65mb

anyway now i wanted to upgrade to 4mb....any advice?i'm staying at cheras area near taman segar....according to the installer guy who came today to install my modem,he said my line is good with attenuation is 30 and snr is 29....any comment guys?

erm.. complain and request at CFM?
