how to check my line is FAST or INTERLEAVE?

Funny thing happen on my upgrade. I upgrade from normal 1MB -> 2MB Blockbuster deal (get a free Riger modem). After one week, not satisfy with the 2MB speed, upgrade again. This time 4MB Blockbuster deal. I get another free Riger modem. Is it something wrong with the TMNet guys?

Anyway, to cap 5MBps, just tell the contractor (when he come to test 4MB speed during upgrade). He will tell TM guys to capped it.

hi guys, please check if my line can support 4mbps or not. it says coverage in my area not available but im sure some ppl are using it nearby
the reason they give is that the exchange was further than 3km away but opposite my house got 4mbps.
anyway, im using 1Mbps now and suffering from it, dl speed of 400kbps and upload of 200kbps. was wondering if 4mbps will do any good

just couldn't understand why on earth they always downgrade my 4MB connection to 2MB and if i'm a person who doesn't know anything about the router config page, i will never find it out and blindly paying each month RM 140....

this is so sick... and each time i hv to call them up and those level 1 will never be able to patch me thru to their 'mythical' level 2 support guys coz they will be forever busy... i mean can't they juz hired more level 2 when they know that their 4MB user based are growing?!...

and has been 2 days that the speed has dropped to 2MB and they have yet to resolve it... sigh*** and worst thing is that when i complained that they are slow, they replied that they have 72 hours to fix it?! sigh***

i think i need to ask for a refund coz this is not the first time they simple downgrade my line from 4MB to 2MB for no reason and each time i just go into my modem and see the speed is sync at 2MB instead of 4MB... and when i shouted at them they fixed it... few weeks or months later i go in and check will be 2MB again... this is so rubish...
