QUOTE(cks2k2 @ Jul 9 2010, 02:08 PM) Yes. White card = short term visit pass Your company needs the info on the white card (code, date issued, no of days stay) to do online registration with MOM. You only have that info once you're in SG and the white card is stamped. so how? at this moment i won't be able to provide any 'stamped' white card info. is it ok if i provide scheduled future date?

Thats why singapore government agencies have an ace up their sleeve, the "fear factor" due to their policy of tough fines and enforcement. It makes you think twice about trying something. Anything different and you might get into trouble. no other solution? the HR is more troublesome than me...he is going on leave soon and request me to go Singapore to give him white card info while i still have work in malaysia.... I kept explaining my situation but he doesn't seem to get the problem at all.

Yeah just be careful with the dates. They really drill into the minute details when checking your information.

Thanks for the sharing though.... is it a good baseline to expect a same salary as what we earn in Malaysia? I mean, lets say I earn 4k in malaysia and expect SGD 4k if i want to work in singapore?
