wah if i see limitaion on taking baths / air cond / washing machine and is staying with the landlord, i die die won't move in. i haven't seen such written T&Cs like that before... normally is verbal.

no worries! that's normally the case, but mine is approved to sub-let. the locked room is used as the owner's storeroom.
