well, weight gain will be water weigth, fat weight, muscle weight.
muscle weight cant increase alot in a short duration, there is a max to how much u can pack on given a certain time.
there is also a max to water retention.
however, there is no limit to fat weight.
so best is to increase weight slowly progressively and not rush it.
like darklight said, its a lifestyle. so you set a long term goal and worktowards it, dun rush the weight gain.

ok.. i think i'll increase my calorie intake slowly.. cuz im eating nearly double of what i used to eat suddenly.. maybe my body can't adapt

hahaha.. dem la.. jealous of those with good genes.. I think if i work super hard maybe can reach 60 kg then limit adi.. some ppl.. starting point.. already above my limit.. lol.. sad..

I take Scivation/ 4Rings unflavored whey which is 22g/ 16g protein respectively per scoop. Usually I mix my whey with weight gainer so I'll take 1 1/2 - 2 scoops.

Ya i saw one of his video.
Very lengthy video. Show how he eat his meals and also his daily workout all.
I think he doesnt mind whacking as many protein as he can, coz all sponsored. =.=

go to fitness concept store and ask them to check for u.
its normally free.
