hey guys.. im training hard but when i checked my body stats i gained about 2.5% of fat in a week.. from 11-13.5%
i take alot of protein and milk.. i think i gain like 90% fat and 10% muscle only.. i gained 1 kg and all are fat =(
I am already very skinny.. is it possible that my genetics are so bad that I can only gain fat but not muscle.. i don't wanna be at 50kg with 20% fat
the only positive results i get is im getting stronger.. but other than that.. not much i guess.. dem..

wake up : 500ml milk + whey and soy protein (all together about 25g protein) and 1 tablet of fish oil
12pm lunch : rice with vege + meat + brown rice
3pm : 500ml milk + whey and soy protein
7pm dinner : rice with vege + meat + soup
9-10.30pm : work out
right after.. maggi goreng + 500 milk + whey and soy protein then sleep
Note: - I do have snacks like nuts and fruits sometimes.. bananas too - I don't take bodybuilding protein.. I take the health one by herbalife - I'm following stronglifts 5x5 program working out 3 times / week - My strength is still increasing - I'm just afraid of gaining alot of fat.. I know i should eat more but if I'm gaining fat by eating this little then I'll gain alot more if i increase my food intake ~.~ maybe got building muscle problem genetic disorder -.-

hm.. lemme giv a brief history of myself..
i was very small last time.. one of the smallest and weakest in class (high school).. im about 40 kilograms.. some of my classmates are 70.. without going to the gym..
they are naturally this big (got muscle mass at ard 18% fat - don't know how they become so big without going gym) and im this small.. shitty genetics.. ok to be fair there are some who are like 50 kg also
i'm not sure if i gain fat easily or not but i was at 41kg at 7% fat and now 13.5% at 48kg.. not sure if thats gaining fat easily
i don wanna be a bodybuilder.. i jus wanna gain weight.. too skinny.. but if gain an unhealthy amount of fat.. then no point la.. got other risk of diseases..

hm.. ok i get it now..
means its hard to build muscle but after u build it after years of hard work..
the good thing is even if u don't maintain it u also won't revert back to like when u first started.. maybe just lose half of it..
am i right to say this?

just a quick question guys, can we achieve body like this just from using 2 dumbells, a bench and all the body weight exercises u can find from men's health? » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « they normally recommend alot of body weight exercises to achieve abs and a body like that as seen in the cover. can it actually be achieved just like that? without things like squats, deadlift This post has been edited by gooni3: May 1 2011, 03:24 PM
