You train at CF bro? I met Wong hong yesterday. He saw me, he said hi how're you. Cos i was still blur i wondered who this guy was then i looked up and down and saw his size, my brain made the connection. Lol. That's Blake Skola, my friend from Missouri. He's one of my online mentors. He and Terry Gallyot both helped me a lot in my training. =) I chatted with Blake on msn every night, before he got married and now he's a busy man. Lol. He's got a gorgeous wife. He is the one who persuaded me to abandon HIT, go for High Volume Training. One of the biggest natural guys in the forum and he just uses whey, creatine. Doesn't post scientific shit, he goes by feel. Sounds familiar? =)

Woohoo. Squat 92kg for 5 reps today and got 160kg x 10 on leg press. Hell yeah for leg days! rclxm9.gif

I hate leg days. This is a vid from the past. I got lazy of taking deadlift and squat vids. Nor even rows. I love taking pressing vids, looks more stylish and orgasmic. Like you're pumping stuff. My 3rd set i think, so dun ask me why i did such low reps, no more power. LOL!!! Dunno why vid so jerky, was smoother last time.

The Smith machine is like my savior. Ever since I started squatting with it, I don't have any extra pain (not more than the normal amount of pain, anyway) in my lower back the next couple of days. And it hits my quads so much better.

I'm all revved up for delt day tomorrow. Lol my friend is feeling sore as shit. I did back with her yesterday. Then at the end of the session she said i can do more!!! I said wait till tomorrow then tell me that again.

Then she calls me today and say.... I hate you. LOL!!!

The weights at Average Joe's seems lighter, and I don't think the smith bar is 20kg heh.

why when everytime i add gainer , i feel like fat growing in my body ?

and why if i worked out at evening , i can feel the pain until the next days but not when i worked out at night ?

and how to maintain body shape without supplement ? push up is enough ah >

doesnt matter when you do workouts, it still has the same results if done the same way. Maybe you did your workouts with less intensity at night? dont think push up is enough. high reps moderate weights to maintain i suppose. a few guys in my gym does that.

one time a weej full body workout can maintain ah ? my body not that big la.. spm near mahh

i do workout almost everyday , switch chest and arm alternate day .

chest i do pec fly , chest press , incline dumbbell, diamond pushup and military push up . all using dumbbell .

bicep i do 45,90,180 degree curl .

i notice change in 2 weeks . coz the ribcage wasnt visible now . (yeah i used to be very thin like refugee before)
