dramas are lovely but when it got too far, its boring...

i think legs are getting weaker or whatever cuz after leg workout, it'll sore like crap for 3-4 days...adoi la...but other body parts are okay
i always thought its my post workout meal but i wonder why other body parts seem okay...
PR for yesterday:
leg press with the hammer strength stuff at maximum of 424lbs x 10 (PR)
with leg extensions (machine) at maximum of 80kg x 10 (PR) - plates paling banyak at ff is up to 100 kot...damn near finishing line...hehehe
for those who play at ff (maxis or curve) have u guys played heavy on the smith machine
the new one at maxis (twin of the smith at curve) has the lock which is difficult to turn when u play heavy...
stupid people at ff never tried their machines ke?
now wanna do more than 370lbs of calf raise is hard cuz ur wrist will definitely hurt to place the lock back...the only remedy is to panggil some random guy to help me pusing the lock
