I was hooked on dormicum before when i was young and its bad.

i know how it feels, i mean insomnia, just lay down on ur bed, eyes close, but your brains is projecting alot of nonsense that doesnt help u to go to sleep.
its funny how sometimes fork, spoon and even microwave come out popping one by one like you're browsing home kitchen's catalog.

Should have just told the malay girl "Jealous cos mine are bigger than yours?"

But you do fall asleep in the end, no? He stays awake til the sun is up. And this isnt good especially for someone in his line. I wonder when will there be a true 'cure' for insomnia

taking about insomnia, my real bad experience was when i was doing my degree. Could not sleep for 2-3 consecutive days, despite I drank beers and DIY (normally it helps), and I almost committed suicide. Had that bad experience 2-3 times.

so now i am on lavender fragrance and truth to be told, it helps alot
