guys
why when everytime i add gainer , i feel like fat growing in my body ?
and why if i worked out at evening , i can feel the pain until the next days but not when i worked out at night ?
and how to maintain body shape without supplement ? push up is enough ah >

i guess what i did at night were more than evening
one time a weej full body workout can maintain ah ? my body not that big la.. spm near mahh
i do workout almost everyday , switch chest and arm alternate day .
chest i do pec fly , chest press , incline dumbbell, diamond pushup and military push up . all using dumbbell .
bicep i do 45,90,180 degree curl .
i notice change in 2 weeks . coz the ribcage wasnt visible now . (yeah i used to be very thin like refugee before)
