I gained about an inch in a few weeks tweaking my arm workout thanks to darkie lol.

just a small hardcore gym
sort like gym rakyat
2.50 per entry
lots indian inside,no fans,tauke was Mr Penang before

Hey, thats good stuff especially for HIIT guys.
no need to press buttons and wait for the damn thing to speed up. just sprint on those wheels and it'll go fast, slow down and it slows.
sprinting or running on the newer machiens suck. have to press buttons and wait.
