I suggest dirty bulking with caution. Most beginners
overdo it. Not everyone's a freak like angrydog.

obviously by training?
haha... it doesnt come overnite and it aint easy.
not everyone can do it.
genetic also a factor i guess.
most important also diet. =.=

i nid some genetic from angry dog la.. hahaha. already train my biceps. but it seems hardly to grow. maybe my training for biceps not solid enough. really have to improve NOW!

guys, need your opinion. there's this power bar..well my fren just gave me for a try out. it's for before workout. it says ere, take it 15 minutes before workout. what it does is that it naturally blocks the energy sapping effect of andenosine, muscles use less sugar and more stored fat for energy, gives longer endurance. this product is called access. regardless what brand it is, can we actually trust such things? appreciate your feedback guys!

Mebbe if u follow darklights suggestion and follow angrydog out to see what he eats. then you might be able to copy some of that "genetics" too.

if i am not wrong, i heard from somewhere that, no matter how hard u train and how much u train.
in a year, maximum also around 1 inch on ur biceps increment.
