What's your bicep size?

Muscle memory is on your side!

Mid arm circumference barely making 16 1/2". Lost more from triceps belly. BP feels like a b**** now.

Raw Deadlift (pronated, hook grip, chalk) 107.5kg @53kg BW

[attachmentid=2275797]

Weighted pull up 25kg.

New PR! I'm on the roll... plateau busting week.

Ending the day with backbend... I'm trying to develop back strength to eventually have the ability to go from bridge to stand, this is sort of my progress. I dont dare to go to bridge from stand yet. In time, hopefully I can do both stand to bridge and bridge to stand.

Thought I did 27.5kg weighted pull up before coming to work today, felt too easy. While uploading the picture, I realized it is 17.5kg only. No wonder it is relatively light and easy than usual. Need to try again later~

[attachmentid=2278023]

Did tried 30kg straight away after that after false alarm of 27.5kg success. As expected, I fail~

[attachmentid=2278024]

Weighted chin/pull up is fun~ I can imagine one arm chin/pull up is much more fun!

I'll take that as a compliment, thanks. Pizzaboy is so much stronger and so much more knowledgeable than me... I'm still a newbie. Kaffatsum is much stronger than me, he is the true Pizzaboy apprentice...

Did anyone knows what pizzaboy new passion is? Rugby!

I think that's probably got something to do with the lighting, cause in actual fact, my right arm is bigger than the left. sweat.gif

@dantck, I did tried to perform chin/pull up on fitness concept VKR you are referring before... I think it is quite stable... the base is quite long, not very wide comparatively I think. As long as you dont try to rock sideways, I think it is OK. Even if you tried to do so... I bet it must need quite significant force to topple it over. This is just a speculation, I would suggest you tried it for stability before actually buying it~ quite a good buy imo...

@kobe8byrant, It cost me at least >RM5000. The longer I use this thing, the more return of investment I get... compare to paying fee of commercial gym, if I continue to use after 4/5 years, definitely I gain, compare to ghetto gym it will take much longer than that~ smile.gif. I love my home gym so much...

Guys, this is my updated progress~ today I'm 52.3kg.

Weighted chin up 37.5kg, strong pull.

[attachmentid=2283482]

Weighted pull up 27.5kg, shaky pull at the top, cleared the chin nevertheless. This actually qualify me to be a member of "extreme pullup crews", which also include the current world record holder for weighted pull up (total weight).

[attachmentid=2283483]

One-arm suitcase deadlift RAW, 52.5kg. Technique need to be refine a little more~ It is my BW one-arm suitcase deadlift. I can deadlift my own bodyweight 1 hand, any hand~ rclxm9.gif smile.gif

[attachmentid=2283661]

[attachmentid=2283660]

All are my new PR~! Looking forward to improve even more after this~
