being an ecto is better. Bulking is cheaper than cutting ... and you have less fat covering your main organ ..

QUOTE(snowberry @ Aug 21 2010, 10:34 PM) how can bulking be cheaper than cutting... cutting u have to eat less ._. During cutting i usually concern about catabolism and energy level , therefore i would spend more for supplement like BCAA and N.O :/but like what crab says » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |

Been off training for 3 weeks. Still hovering around 71/72kg. Don't think I lost any mass, which is a good thing. I think it's the left tricep that makes my left arm look smaller as a whole compared to the right.

cutting aint that simple as u think.
we have to eat correctly, and also much more hassle. our diet have to be clean and we cant enjoy everything. u ecto just bantai as much as u want. bulking and cutting is not easy. each have their own difficulties. i guess none is easier than the other |

money cant measure everything. The AGony during cutting cannot be compared to the joy of bulking.
