i wanna ask for some opinion for example a week ago
this is my weight 76.5kg @ 19.9% bodyfat and now 77.5kg @ 19.6% bodyfat.. according to lean mass i gained 1kg.. now im concentrating on cardio to lose fat% and become leaner... currently doing HIIT skipping and HIIT cycle daily + cycle for 30mins for my cardios 1. what is the average bf% loss in a week for person in cutting phase (for example in moderate activity ) 2. any tips to help let say increase my rate? thx ya |
