eat properly, lift hard and rest well. 4 years ago, my weight was the same as your. Now im 60kg with 174 cm.

Keep a food log, adjust caloric intake accordingly...actually, isn't this somewhere up in the stickies? Check those.

Also, on a side note, I thought I'd take a back photo to see how things looked and realized that a) I got a lot of back fat b) I need to do lat work and c) I don't know how to do lat flares.

Wore a new t-shirt today and it was kinda itchy...I'm guessing that's what caused the skin irritation.

Front squat is a good choice. its easier to get the form right and harder to mess up. form looks good.
