eat properly, lift hard and rest well. 4 years ago, my weight was the same as your. Now im 60kg with 174 cm.

Keep a food log, adjust caloric intake accordingly...actually, isn't this somewhere up in the stickies? Check those.
Also, on a side note, I thought I'd take a back photo to see how things looked and realized that a) I got a lot of back fat b) I need to do lat work and c) I don't know how to do lat flares.

guys gotta ask something. sometimes, when i work out during a session at the gym, i feel like i am unable to give the output energy that i think i can give out. feels lethargic at times. why is this happening? i always have something in my stomach 1-2 hours before hitting the gym.
i have been eating normally ( 4 meals which includes breakfast, lunch, high tea, dinner) . is this due to stress or fatigue?
Try introduce some carbs for ur preworkout meal. E.g. Brown rice, oat and etc.
