Personally i think it is not very right to take glucose during workout thou, tats i m looking for those stuff has the lowest carb contain.

I just took a serving with some orange juice. Surprisingly it killed the taste, only thing was it got all clumped up.

Mine is from prima force, got to stir it like a biatch then it will slowly dissolved.

yea, i think that 's what my friend have in mind. he wants to put a subject (AKA me) through a profesionally guided regime and record the progress. i am more than glad to help out IF he can put these whole thing together. tongue.gif who would say no to that kind of oppotunity. biggrin.gif

but it sounds too far fetch to me coz who would sponsor such a small scale project. anyway, it's not my problem. it's his to solve.

muscle memory. Bale was buff b4 his roles in machinist. so he get his mass at faster period.

who's closer to Bale's physique in just 6 months here? raise your hands....LOL

not trying to burst your bubbles but bulking up takes time yo wink.gif
bulking up with those cuts summore....very hard

I need to admit the unflavoured BCAA taste pretty terrible, I try to mask it by adding it into my shakes, it totally alters the flavour.

best solution is getting those sugar free flavour packs by weight watchers or whatever generic brands, I tried that a while and decided to switch to Xtend and I still have a tub of unflavoured BCAA left

The bulking up in 6 months part. (but again, dont expect to look like ryan reynolds just after 6 months)

free gym, i dun think so ler. unless its not a commercial gym. those FF CF TF all sure want u to pay.
if u go those smaller gym, mebbe they might.
names? ummm... mebbe u hang around then u can see la.
most of the fellas here have good progress, but they didnt spend 6 months only. most of em have trained for years. in last 2 pages can see from their avatars ald how they look.
darklight, angrydog, ken, john, -Dan, bata and much more tongue.gif

as far as professionals are concerned, i dunno how much they can teach u or willing to teach u.
best if you can research and find out yourself how to get those physique.

This stuff is great! no extra oil leak out like cooking ramly burger!!!

hey guys....i've few question about my chest muscle build...
i'd went to gym about few months...and i've build my muscle, but i donno y is my inner chest(middle of our chest,like the middle line) doesn't grow...now i've bought a pair of dumbell and do workout in my home...
So i would like to know which dumbell workout is the best to build inner chest muscle
i'd find out Narrow Grip Press & Dumbell Fly....so...between both of this or else...which workout is the best to grow my inner chest muscle??

pls give me some suggestion

u go to gym a few months n u want 2 blocks of pecs on ur chest ._.

dude jus do 3 chest exercises.. 1 main.. 1 incline.. another 1 for the inner line.. i do dumbbell flyes.. u just gotta find what works for u
