Tea - Something just take biscuits or even cereal with low fat milk.
Dinner - Normal dinner meals with family

I know my diet plan is very screw up, i really need help and advise to improve my workout plan and even my diet plan for me to get a healthy life and a health and nice body! biggrin.gif

Lemme see your diet breakdown:

Ok, so u dun take alot of sugary/sweet stuffs, but did u know that sugar = carbs as well? eating alot of it in other forms is just as bad. Unless its complex carbs, then its better quality stuff, but still too much will also keep u fat.
From just what u put, u can see yourself most of your meals consist mostly carbs.
If wanna lose fats, time to gradually cut some out.
And you'll need to add in protein based foods too. Milk, eggs, chicken, fish, beef blablabla

So for ur workout plan, choose one of the beginner programs in thread just now.
for diet, u need to read more on macro nutrients and meal timing. Timing is just as important as what you're eating.

shdnt it be the sugar free instead of fat free. the fat free variety usually has even more sugar and higher total calories. its more like a mktg gimmick.

Hey guys, need some help abit, i just got my medical report back and it says i have uber high cholesterol.
total at 9.1
HDL at 1.8 and LDL at 7.3.
I'm cutting now, my weights dropped by 5 kgs, waistline reduced 3inches. and yet cholestrol still high.
weight lift 3x a week, monday, weds and friday.
on tuesdays/thursdays/sat i'll just do a tabata protocal circuit. (thats kinda like HIIT only worse)
So its gotta be the diet.

My diet for the last 10 weeks:
My usual meals on weekdays:

Breakfast:
2 eggs, smal serving of oats, banana
1 tablet of multivit, 2 caps of salmon oil, 1 cap of shark liver oil. (could i be taking in too much fish oil?)

2nd meal:
Chap fan: tiny serving of white rice, medium chicken (usually breaded and fried with some sauce), medium taufu/egg, and a medium vege dish.

3rd meal: lightly stir fried diced chicken breasts

Pre WO:
5g creatine
1 scoop whey.

Post workout shake:
1 scoop whey.

Post workout meal:
lightly stir fried diced chicken breasts with carbs of various forms (pasta/crackers or lately, just alot of vege fried with an egg)

Pre bed shake: whey 1 scoop + 2 caps of salmon oil.

On weekends, its
no chap fan, and meals are replaced with variable stuffs that i eat wherever i am. but they're usually still ok.
seafoods are taken in very seldom. the most also just once a week.

So now i'm kinda lost, i dunno what is going wrong where. issit the eggs? the fish oils (arent these supposed to be good)?
anyone can advice me properly?

The Dr said no seafood, cut out egg yolks.
i can try slashing out eggs completely for 3 mths and see results... but i dunno if thats enough since 7pts for LDL seems drastically high to me.

27 this year. Elder brother (6 yrs older) and mother had high cholesterol too. My bro had successfully reduced his cholesterol. but he doesnt exercise and train as much as i do.
no heart diseases.
could be the egg yolks i guess.
the Dr also said i'm blood type A which is generally prone to high cholesterol.

well its frustrating on my end as i thought i was getting healthier while cutting and watching diet and all.
my last med check up was 2 years ago, it was ald high back then. so i was expecting it to drop. but it went UP instead. -.-"

After u mentioned hyper responder in the last post, i was really suspecting that too. I'm gonna stay away from yolks for the next 3 months and see how that goes.

I eat beef only sparingly as its more expensive than chicken. BBing is ald expensive as it is tongue.gif
i only eat beef 1-3x a week.
Already taking oats, but thats in small amount for breakfast.

I was planning to start bulking in 17 days time. so with this in mind, its gonna be tougher. i guess i have to eat lots of clean food while bulking this time around. zzzz...
but perhaps thats a good thing.
Just to be safe, i better cut down a little bit on the fish oils too...

Yes they do.
every package i have received in the past will have a "Checked by customs" sticker or note attached to it.
i have ordered about up to 10 packages from BB.com in the past.

however, one of the later orders i made got stuck at customs once. They sent me a letter saying i need to pay some taxes/dunno what fee to get my stuff.
in that particular order was 3 tubs of Syntha-6 and glucosamine or was it BCAA... back then.
its similar to all my other orders actually.
Its not that it wasnt allowed, its just that i had to pay extra 50 bux to get my stuff.

I was playing safe by only ordering stuffs that was already sold locally.

It aint about screwing them. We're quite a helpful bunch here. its just that sometimes they dont bother to help themselves first.
They just think "its faster if i just ask". Sometimes even pointing them to the right direction they still dun bother to read, thats when it gets annoying.

He's not joking. and i agree... he should do 2 hours of cardio, 2 hours of weights, and 5 hours of sauna. and make sure he gets 12 hours of sleep for maximal recovery. remaining 3 hours shd be travelling, shower and preparing food to eat and eating.

both chezz and reon are right bout the rest and nutrition. one way i found to recover from DOMS faster is to have lots of protein in your diet. DOMS never lasted more than 1 day after that. unless it was a sick leg/back workout.
