Lol, I did legs today, sigh, didnt go heavy.. Not in the right mindset I guess, just did 6-7 sets of legs extention,5 sets presses, forgotten to do my stiff legs deadlift n hack squat, when i do leg curl for hamstring after 2 sets i go back home. I know its not gonna work. Arghh what a day, and I got the whole gym for myself today, no one was around,.. Bad bad day, head spins too hard today.
I'm actually thinking of trying out the actual 20-rep squat programme for a couple of weeks to mix things up a bit. Any opinions on this, guys?
my dreams are a sign. DO it
I have done 20 reps squats in my routines previously just to try it out. From what I could tell, the after burn is really something. Did no stick with it for long enough to notice any obvious gains, but I did feel that it gave my legs a much better pump that doing the usual pyramid sets for squats.
very nice, dark. looks like my cgbp abit wrong on the form then
anyways, planning a deload week for the upcoming week. how light do i go? my first set weights? or lower than that? my first deloading so i have no idea.
